CandleZero sparks the beginning of Zero. Traditional birthday candles were made of paraffin wax and plastic. These candles had a standard design, and thrown away with a huge chunk of wax remaining.
With 19 million birthdays celebrated each day,
think about the scale of the waste candles produce.
We redesigned the candle, using renewable, recycled and waste materials. We made them personalisable, giving each candle meaningfulness.
